The upgrade was a lifesaver for our family, providing much-needed space.
The shower water was barely warm, making for an uncomfortable experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the small touches like the complimentary tea in the lobby and the cozy atmosphere of the common area. Unwinding with their well-designed lounge and fun game room made it a great experience overall. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from how nice everything else was! 😊

Perfect spot for a budget getaway
We spent 3 nights and it’s honestly a solid deal for the price. Super convenient location with tons of food and shops around! The room was super tiny but it worked for us. Toiletries were nonexistent, so bring your own! Oh, and be ready to pay for luggage storage. Just a heads up!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially enjoyed exploring Hong Kong with our kids! The decor of the hotel is pretty cool, and the rooms felt cozy even for a family of 7. My teens loved hopping on the Ding Ding tram. it was a fun experience.
My kids wished for better amenities for families. Adding a small snack shop would really help those late-night cravings and be more convenient for families traveling with little ones.

I loved the location near all the shops and restaurants. The room was small but efficient. I managed to store my luggage under the bed. Housekeeping was attentive and cleaned the room nicely each day. I appreciated having fresh towels every day. The common areas were well-maintained and cozy. However, the air conditioning was a huge issue. It was freezing, and I had to request extra blankets to stay warm at night. There were also no regular towels provided, just those paper-like disposable ones, which was uncomfortable. On my second night, the water heater malfunctioned, making showering hard, and it took a while for someone to respond. The noise from other rooms was quite noticeable at times, too. It’s a cute hotel overall but needs some improvements.

I loved how close I was to Times Square, just a few steps away, and the easy access to a fantastic assortment of restaurants nearby made my stay all the more enjoyable. as a single traveler, I felt completely at home here, but the hotel could benefit from offering larger towels as the ones provided were quite small.

The room was pretty small but had a comfortable bed and was super clean. Loved the little window with a nice view, which was a cool bonus. It felt a bit cold at times though, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. Location was spot on, right in the heart of Causeway Bay with shops and food nearby. For the price, it was a solid choice!

Single travelers looking for value
The location was just perfect, surrounded by shops and eateries. I had a small room but it felt like my own little hideaway. The staff was super helpful when I lost my phone, they really went above and beyond.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.
